This lovely floating heart pendant has been hand crafted from a beautifully detailed designed sterling silver 925 spoon handle. The pendant is approx 26mm x 22mm and is suspended from a solid sterling silver 18" chain. It will come packaged with a hand made unbleached cotton bag featuring a hand painted little bird. The ornate handle has been stunningly crafted with high quality detail. The pendant carries a full English hallmark to the shoulder (makers mark CA, Lion Passant,925 Assayed in Birmingham in 2021 ).

This spoon pendant carries the Birmingham assay office NHS 2021 Hope Hallmark, which was developed both the celebrate and thank our NHS and raise funds for their charities. The 2021 hope design features a heart encompassing a dove. The heart represents love and support for the NHS, whilst the dove is a symbol of hope and freedom for the future.
