This lovely bangle offers the opportunity to expand the historical story of spoon rings to co-ordinating jewellery. It has been hand crafted from a beautifully simple antique sterling silver pair of sugar tongs. The bracelet has a diameter of approx. 6.5 cm but can be adjusted slightly to suit your requirements so please do let me know if you need a different size. The sugar tongs are hallmarked with a Lion Passant, the makers mark has worn though not originally dated it is likely from the Passant style they were assayed early 1800s). Due to the incomplete hallmarks the bangle has been re-assayed, it additionally carries a full set of new hallmarks including the commemorative Jubilee mark for 2022 (Makers Mark CA, 925, Birmingham Assay, Lion Passant, 2022, ER 700 Orb for the Jubilee)
